Project Overview
Life Time was looking to establish their ninth athletic country club in Middletown, New Jersey, off of Exit 109 of the Garden State Parkway. They planned for a 3-story life center, including swimming pools, a basketball court, and a gym. To support this project, Northeast Precast provided many services, including engineering, manufacturing, delivery, and erection of this Total Precast structure.
Our team of engineers, project managers, and site workers brought their expertise to ensure the proper construction of this Total Precast structure, which includes load-bearing wall panels, beams, columns, Double Tees planks, and spandrels. Most notably, the long-stem double tees installed above the basketball court were over 92’ long and weighed nearly 93,000 pounds each.
